Classes are instructor-led learning experiences focused on specific skills, projects, or techniques. Whether you’re a beginner learning to use your sewing machine or an experienced quilter ready to master curves, classes provide step-by-step guidance and hands-on practice in a supportive environment.
Clubs are ongoing, community-driven gatherings built around a shared theme or project. Members meet regularly to sew together, share progress, and cheer each other on. Each club has its own focus — like hand stitching, scrap busting, or a specific designer or pattern. Think of it as your creative community — learn, laugh, and grow with fellow makers!
Learning Labs are guided exploration sessions designed to help you understand a new quilting concept, tool, or technique. These sessions include an overview, inspiration, and examples — with a team member on hand to answer questions, demonstrate key steps, and help you plan your own project.
Open Sews are casual, bring-your-own-project sewing days. No structured lesson — just open time to sew in community. Use our classroom space, enjoy great company, and get inspired by what others are working on. Perfect for finishing UFOs (unfinished objects), catching up on a project, or simply enjoying a day to sew with friends.
A Sew-Along is a guided group project where everyone works on the same quilt or pattern over a set timeframe. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions, tips, and support — either online or in person. Sew-Alongs are great for learning new techniques, staying motivated, and finishing a project together!
Workshops at Webfabrics are guided learning sessions focused on exploring a technique, concept, or quilting approach. You’ll receive an overview, inspiration, and hands-on guidance — but not full step-by-step instruction like a class.
