REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
 We hope that you will always be happy with your purchase from Webfabrics, but if you are not, we want to make it right for you! Refunds should be requested within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.

• All sales in the shop are final. We can't accept any returns.
• We carry big collections with many different colors that are sometimes very close to each other. We do understand that it is hard to see colors on the website and we are willing to accept your return of fabric with a 20% restocking fee. The refund will be given to you as a shop credit for future purchase. Shipping will never be refunded. Shipping cost for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Pre-orders are processed when received and will ship when the material is received from the manufacturer.  As we have no control over the supply chain we can only estimate delivery.  Should you choose to cancel a pre-order, it can only be funded as store credit or a gift card.  
• Refunds to credit cards will be processed on exception basis.  If processed after the initial purchase date, the refund will be less the credit card processing fee based on the fee charged at the time or purchase. 
  
  

It is possible to order fat quarters on our website. If you have any doubt about the color, please use this option before ordering yardage. We are happy to help you select fabrics, but please keep in mind that we can't take any responsibility in describing colors. We put stickers with individual numbers on SOME of our basics.

Webfabrics Class Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate everyone fairly. Please review our class cancellation policy below:

For Participants

• Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before Class: If you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled class, you may choose between a refund or a credit toward a future class.  Notification must be in writing.  Refunds will be processed as a Gift Card or Store Credit.  
• Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Class: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable. However, if we can fill your spot, we will issue a credit for a future class.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the class and fail to notify us, no refund or credit will be issued.

For Webfabrics-Initiated Cancellations
If Webfabrics must cancel a class due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances:

• Participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
