_____ Scraps 2.5 inches x 5 inches or bigger for a small fat quarter size project.
______A fat quarter to use for backing, BATIKS NOT RECOMMENDED for this class. They are very hard to hand piece on smaller projects.
_____Small piece of cotton thin batting 17 inches x 21inhes
_____ Needle: Size 12 Crewel needles (these needles are sharp and have a large eye to allow
threading of the thicker threads)
_____ White Thread Options

Instructor Bio: | Pamela Schmidt has been sewing since she was 10 years old, and quilting for 20 years. She is a self-taught quilter, knitter, embroiderer, and sewist, and happiest when she has a needle and thread in her hands. Pamela has taught sewing and embroidery to homeschool groups, friends, high school students, and a small quilting cooperative in Malawi, East Africa.
