Spring Retreat at Webfabrics – May 15-18

Join us for a rejuvenating and inspiring quilting getaway at the Webfabrics Spring Retreat, taking place May 15-18 at the Comfort Inn Aiken Center in Martinsburg, WV. This year, we’re shaking things up with a fresh format and two incredible special guests to enhance your quilting experience!

A Special Thursday Kickoff with Eva Paige Quilt Designs

We’re thrilled to welcome Beth Helfter of EvaPaige Quilt Designs, who will be teaching her innovative technique, Accordion Sewn HSTs – The Carpenter’s Apprentice. This unique approach to half-square triangles will transform the way you piece your quilts!

• Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Cost: Available as a standalone class (separate from the full retreat)

What to Expect at the Retreat

Our Spring Retreat is designed to give you time to focus on your projects, learn new techniques, and connect with fellow quilters in a relaxed and welcoming setting. With plenty of open sewing time, expert guidance, and creative inspiration, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and motivated.

Join us Friday Morning through Sunday afternoon if you choose not to take the Thursday class.  Dinner is provided Friday and Saturday nights.  If staying at the hotel, breakfast is included in your room.  Lunch is on your own.  

Special Presentation by Cris Roach of Highview Quilting

We’re also excited to feature Cris Roach of Highview Quilting, a certified Stripology Instructor.  Saturday morning, Cris will be presenting an exclusive demo and trunk show of GEDesigns quilts, showcasing innovative techniques and stunning quilt designs that will inspire quilters of all levels. Don't miss this chance to learn from an expert and see beautiful quilt creations up close!  

Our 2024 Spring Retreat Fee Includes:

• 3 Days of sewing (May 16-18)

• 2 Dinners (Friday – Saturday)

• Individual Sewing Stations with plenty of room to sew. (Feel free to bring your own chair, side tables are not allowed)

• Hours of sewing for the duration of the Retreat

Cancellation Policy:

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat. 
Cancel prior to March 15th.  - A full refund minus a $50 processing fee will be issued with a written cancellation request
Cancel between March 16 and April 15th - A partial refund (half the retreat cost) will be issued with a written cancellation request.  If we can fill your spot, then we will process the refund less the $50 processing fee.
Cancel after April 15th - No refund unless we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist.  If we can fill the spot then a refund (less $50 processing fee) will be issued. 

Registration is non-transferrable.  All refunds are issued as store credit.
