Payment

When you order your fabrics, you are being asked about your payment and shipping preference.

We accept Credit Card and PayPal as payment methods

Credit Card/Paypal

Your card will be charged on the day of shipping. We will authorize the credit card for the amount of the order as soon as your order is submitted. We will cut your fabric as soon as possible. In the event we have a question about your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

International

Customers who are not in the US will receive and email with the estimated shipped and will be invoiced before the orders are processed. We will invoice shipping either via the Webfabrics website or via Paypal.

Domestic Shipping

Availability: We ship out most items from Purcellville, VA normally within 2-4 business days of your order. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Products from other vendors usually take an extra 2-5 business days for processing before it is shipped. On some occasions we may not stock certain items in our store, in which case we order them in from our vendors, which may delay shipping up to an additional two weeks or more. Within the US, we offer shipping via UPS and USPS and will choose the most economical method.

As per November 18, 2025,

Ground shipping takes between 3-5 days. Free shipping on any order over $100.00 and under $300.00

$0.01-$49.99 shipping is $5.99
$50.00-$99.99 shipping is $7.99
$100.00-$299.99 shipping is free

To accomodate the rising shipping costs and the need to provide tracking for high-value orders , we have made the following changes to our shipping policy.

$300.00-$999.99 shipping is $25.00
$1000.00-$4,999.99 shipping is $40.00
$5,000.00-$15,999.99 shipping is $60.00

Big and or bulky items (batting, rulers, mats, books) will come to you in special packages, fitting the size of the items. Those items will be charged the actual cost, either USPS or UPS. USPS parcels that don't fit in a flat rate envelope are charged a "balloon" rate. This rate depends on the size and the distance.

International Shipping

We have defaulted $0.00 for international shipping. We will pull the order and estimate shipping using a variety of shipping services to find the most economical method. We will email you prior to processing the order to provide an estimate. You will be charged the real cost, which depends on weight and country. We will invoice the shipping cost via a separate transaction.
