My newest collection showcases the various techniques I use when creating with watercolors and inks. From finely pointed watercolor brushes that allow a level of detail akin to working with a fine-tipped ink pen to sweeping lush sable brushes that leave a broad pool of color behind, Brushstrokes celebrates the depth and breadth of my painting style. I aim to achieve that beautiful balance between saturated color, watery washes and controlled brushwork. From pattern to pattern, I harness the often-mysterious fluidity of painting with water, honoring both loose, flowing designs and accentuating delicate, intricate details.
