Quilted Trucker Hat Pattern

With this pattern you can make your very own Trucker hat! You can use an existing quilt that maybe has seen better days, or create a special 10" block for the front panel. 

The instructions include diagrams and suggestions to help guide you through making your hat from scratch.

Finished Size: One Size - Adjustable Straps

Fabric Requirements:

Front Panel: 10”x10” Quilted Panel (preferably quilted with a foam stabilizer)
Outer Shell: ¼ yard or 1 Fat Quarter
Lining: ¼ yard or 1 Fat Quarter
¼ yard Fusible Lightweight interfacing 
¼ yard Fusible Ultra-Firm Stabilizer
Snap closures (4 sets) (can also substitute 5/8" hook & loop tape)
Coordinating 40wt thread
